This bottle is a Japanese single malt from the Yoichi distillery and forms part of the Key Malts series. It is only available for sale at the Yoichi distillery and supplies are very limited.

Nose: Peat smoke, wood, slightly citrus with hints of peaches.

Palate: Indeed true to the name - this is peaty with a smoky and almost ash-like taste, and a saltiness that lingers into a mellow sweet aftertaste that is reminiscent of sugared candy.

Finish: Dry, salty, fruity, medium, spicy.
