Please read the Terms carefully before ordering any products from 11 Malts. If you do not accept these Terms, you must refrain from using this website or making a purchase from this website.
You must be eighteen (18) years of age or over to purchase goods from www.11malts.com ("Site").
All orders submitted to the Site are subject to our acceptance. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and 11 Malts will take place upon your order being shipped to the delivery address provided by you, and until that time we reserve the right to reject your order. 11 Malts shall be entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfill any order, for any reason whatsoever, even after an order is confirmed by, and paid for by you, with or without notice and we shall not be liable to any party for such termination or cancellation. In such event, we shall refund to you the price of the goods purchased.
Occasionally, certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs. If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume that you have agreed to the shipment delay. If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly (for the cancelled item(s)).
Prices shown are in Singapore dollars. Prices may not include delivery and handling charges. Any additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Grand Total’.
Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Site are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website at any time. We are under no obligation to fulfill your Order if the price listed on the Site is incorrect.
All payments must be made in full prior to delivery, including any applicable delivery or handling charges. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.
You cannot cancel your order once we accept your order.
All goods purchased from us will only be delivered to addresses within Singapore (excluding Restricted Area). We will endeavour to make delivery within two (2) working days of our email informing you that we have accepted your order. In the event of a back order, you will be notified via email of the estimated delivery date. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party courier service provider.
With effect from 19th December 2015, we will offer free shipping for orders above S$200. For orders below S$200, there will be a delivery charge of S$15.
International shipping is available for a number of countries, as listed in the customer registration page. If your country is not on the list, please contact us to see if we can arrange shipping. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure your package is delivered to you, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays or seizures by customs or other third parties. It is the customer's responsibility to check and adhere to local customs, rules and laws applicable in your country. Any country we ship to may apply duty and/or taxes which will be borne by the customer. Any additional fees or charges applied to the shipment once we have shipped out will also be borne by the customer.
