  Ichiro's Malt Mizunara Wood Reserve 200ml

  The range Ichiro's Malt is named after Ichiro Akuto, the grandson of the founder of Hanyu distillery. The Ichiro's Malt Mizunara Wood Reserve is a special vintage crafted by Ichiro Akuto and matured in rare Mizunara casks, commonly referred to as Japanese Oak. Created from a blend composed primarily of single malts salvaged from the now closed Hanyu distillery and a small portion of Chichibu single malts.
  
  It is a complex blended malt with great maturity and character owing to the Mizunara Wood.

  Nose: Distinct woody notes, honey, citrus, toast, soft floral scents, rum raisin.

  Palate: Spicy mint, oak, fruity with apple and grapefruit notes, toffee, hints of honey and malt.

  Finish: Short, sweet, spicy.
