  Ichiro's Malt Wine Wood Reserve 200ml

  The range Ichiro's Malt is named after Ichiro Akuto, the grandson of the founder of Hanyu distillery. Ichiro's Malt Wine Wood Reserve is a blend of pure malts that were distilled at the now-closed Hanyu distillery. This was matured in French oak casks that contained Japanese red wine, and vatted and bottled in Chichibu distillery.

  Nose: Red berries, oak wood, dark chocolate, glazed orange

  Palate: Nutty, cocoa, woody spice, sherry notes, dried figs

  Finish: Medium to long, red wine, smoky bittersweet finish

  Awards: Limited Edition
