This elegant peaty single malt was matured in a mix of new locally assembled Oak Hogsheads as well as Ex-Bourbon and Ex-Sherry Casks.
Nose: Rich vanilla, floral scents, caramel and fruity tones.
Palate: Velvety smooth, toffee, light peat, minty, spicy with notes of honey.
Finish: Well-balanced, creamy, bittersweet, peaty.
